
TELEVISION
Neil Cole has been presenting TV & radio for over fifteen years. Major TV credits include three years as pan-European live MTV presenter, host of WRC Shakedown for Sony Pictures Television, presenter of live youth magazine show Bedrock for ITV2, two FIFA World Cups and one Olympics, presenter of World Rally on UKTV channel Dave for 3 years, and presenter of pop-science documentary Man Vs Ride for National Geographic. In 2017 he became the anchor for Eurosport’s global flagship live Le Mans 24 Hours show Le Mans Coach aka Studio 24 alongside legendary racing driver Tom Kristensen. In 2019 & 2020 he worked closely with Ken Block and Hoonigan Industries, hosting several major pieces of content for their YouTube channels, to an audience of many millions. Other live sport presenting duties have included UK National Table Tennis champs for ITV Sport and Women’s Handball for Sky Sports.
2024 saw Neil as the live anchor for host coverage of the FIA Motorsport Games – he also hosted the prestigious Opening Ceremony, and the prize-giving Closing Ceremony.
In 2019 Neil was the presenter of Red Bull Race Day – a live TV event for Red Bull Motorsports in Switzerland.
In 2021 – Neil was the live anchor for brand new International Series PureETCR, the world’s first all-electric multi-brand touring car championship. In 2022 – as the series evolved into FIA ETCR – he continued in the pioneering role of commentator and host. Also in 2022 he was host and reporter for Nitrocross and was the live studio anchor for McLaren’s Formula One show Slipstream.
A mainstay of the FIA World Rally Championship, the FIA European Rally Championship and the FIA World Rallycross Championship for many years, Neil is a well-known face in the world of Off-Road motorsport. He also appeared on NBC Sports as a reporter from the Dakar Rally, at various skateboarding events for the Extreme Sports Channel and as a presenter/content creator on the FIM Endurance World Championship . As a sports broadcaster, he has presented across the spectrum of disciplines including: football, handball, endurance racing, skateboarding, weightlifting, rallying, wakeboarding, cycling, rugby, table tennis and more for channels including ITV, Sky Sports and Eurosport.
RADIO
Neil’s passion for music brought him to radio, initially presenting Early Breakfast and some specialist music shows on Xfm for several years before being hired as one of the launch DJs for NME Radio in 2008 where he hosted the popular morning show. Since 2024 he has become a regular expert correspondent on Carrie & David Grant’s Saturday Breakfast Show on BBC Radio London.
COMMENTARY
In 2023 Neil became the live commentator for the track shows at CarFest, and returned again for 2024 and 2025.
He has been reporter, presenter and/or commentator for every iteration of the prestigious annual motorsport event – Race Of Champions – since 2004, working closely with the most famous names in racing and rallying – Schumacher, Vettel, Button, Pastrana, Johnson, Loeb et al – at venues from Beijing to Barbados, from London to Miami, and – in 2023 – the Arctic Circle of Sweden.
As an announcer, Neil has commentated live and highlights for many events including the Dakar Rally, FIA World Rallycross, UCI BMX World Cup, World Touring Cars, Canadian Rally Championship, ERA Championship, WRC, FISE Action Sports Festival and BMX UCI Mountain Bike World Cup
He is also an experienced esports host, with livestream work including Ginx eSports, the DiRT Rally World Championships and eROC 2018, 2019 and 2020 – as well as hosting the official World Rallycross Esports Series during lockdown 2020.
LIVE EVENTS
With many years of live stand-up comedy and acting experience, Neil is also an excellent event speaker/host. Clients have included Motorola, London Motor Show, Goodwood Festival Of Speed, Ford and the FIA Awards.
